Jose Isaac Rodriguez

When I joined Foundever on November 30th, 2015, and read the contract that emphasized the importance of mutual RESPECT among all employees and prohibited any form of discrimination, I felt a sense of security. I have witnessed transgender employees walking confidently within the premises, creating a safe environment. I was able to openly embrace my identity as a gay individual and share my experiences with newly recruited colleagues who were also emerging from their concealed identities, aiming to provide them with support. This experience led to the formation of numerous friendships and alliances. Recently, a supportive ally friend has agreed to accompany me to the pride parade in Panama. The fact that Foundever has provided me with a nurturing space, enabling me to express myself freely, holds immense significance and I am going to the Panama Gay parade .🏳️‍🌈🌈🇵🇦
