Katterin Carrero

My journey at Foundever started back in 2019 when I became part of a transportation client operation. It was great to work there as a Customer Service Representative. A couple of months later, Foundever opened a position for which I could apply to become a Quality Analyst, and since then, so many wonderful things have happened in my life. I really thank Foundever for giving me the opportunity to grow here, not only as a person but also as a professional. I was able to use and develop my knowledge within the company while studying for my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering by presenting improvement projects and receiving all the necessary support from the team to make things happen and succeed.

I’ve had plenty of inspirational moments within the company, and the new campaign I was part of offered a fast-paced environment where we often faced new challenges that allowed us to think outside the box and become resilient.

I remember that one of my happiest moments here was during a picnic we had with some members of the team. We played games, enjoyed some nice food, and got to know each other a little better. Even the hail and rain at the end of the day felt kind of special to me; it was really fun!

Foundever has had a very positive impact on my life because I know that for the company, people come first, and this is something that is demonstrated through every wellness activity and every growth and training opportunity that’s offered to us. Personally, I’ve been able to work, study, work out, and travel a lot while being part of this community. I feel happy and entirely grateful! 🙂
