My name is Kim Davids.

I started my journey with Foundever just a month after they opened in Waterfront Cape Town. I remember that the first campaign I worked on was for an energy client, with beautiful people and a culture that provided an environment where there was always something new to learn. I was an agent, and after three months, I moved to an SME role, where I dabbled in coaching because I love tapping into people’s potential.

I met lovely people, and I always saw smiles and looked forward to the growth over the months while working with Grad Bay and teaching system training. After becoming fully accredited as a Quality Analyst, I then dived deeper into my own potential, and now I can proudly say I’m the first female Insights Analyst in Cape Town. It’s a real honor, with many more milestones to come and share at Foundever.
