I officially joined Foundever back in January of 2015. However, my story at Foundever didn’t start at that time because I was part of this family even way before getting hired. I spent some weeks at the last pre-hire class of 2014 and since day one, I felt happy about the opportunity Foundever had given me and the way everyone treated me. So, when I officially started working for the company, I was so eager to do my best. Well, nothing has changed since then.
After 6 months of working as CSR 1, Foundever did it again and gave me the opportunity to become a CSR 2. This made me think about how far I could go. So, after finishing my learning curve and settling down at that position, I immediately asked my coach to train me because I wanted to join operations. It took me around 6 months to come across the opportunity to apply for a ticket to enroll in the coach track trainee program, and you know what? Foundever did it again…I was able to be a coach track trainee.
After 11 months of hard work, in April of 2017, Foundever surprised me one more time and gave me the opportunity to start working as a coach in one of the biggest campaigns here in Nicaragua. I’ve supported different projects and had a lot of fun on the journey. As a coach, I have had the opportunity to pay back by developing some of my talented associates and helping them join me in operations. I’m really excited and motivated because Foundever keeps giving me new opportunities and challenges and I know this won’t stop. Not long ago, I was selected to be a MAX Insider and I know good things are on the way.
Based on my personal experience at Foundever, I can say that the sky is the limit and I am so proud to part of this family for the past 5 years.
