I can say that I have grown up within this organization. While we’ve been through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and more, what is known as Foundever today was formed when I was only 23 years old. I was still a student at the time and my roommates and I started the company in our apartment. As a founder, I was in search of an adventure, and I still am today! In this industry, no day is the same and we’re on a constant journey to improve and innovate, every year, every day, every minute.
We’ve come a long way…but after all these years, what I’m passionate about is leading and empowering people and finding new ways and ideas to deliver exceptional experiences. Not only do we deliver experiences for our clients, we deliver these experiences to each other – working together with our people. They are at the heart of our company, they continue to inspire me every day and they are part of this adventure.
What makes me proud – and happy – is when I see someone I recruited as an associate a decade ago – and now they manage two sites and lead more than 1,000 people.
Today, what drives me is to invent the future with our teams – but without knowing precisely how our company (and my life) will evolve in the next 10 years. It is still an adventure!
