Being a Woman of Foundever means that I can freely express myself in the workplace and the same goes with other women, too. It’s a venue that allows teamwork and collaboration among people from different walks of life.
I choose to be an instrument for a gender-equal workplace. In an environment where people might be afraid to voice out their intentions and ideas, I aspire to be the bridge to that gap. I envision a workplace where everyone, regardless of gender and role, can freely speak his or her mind and can be understood without the fear of being judged.
