I am a daughter, friend, mother and employee. As a woman of Foundever, I follow company policies and procedures and am an advocate of goodwill. I support our core values, join activities and encourage everyone to participate with no gender bias.
I love it when I handle a class and I see all types of gender. It brightens my day to see the different colors of the rainbow in the class. Whenever that happens, I make sure each one respects individual preferences and does not build walls.
Men and women are the same. What men can do, women can do, too. The same goes with our LGBTQ community. I salute those who come out with pride. I choose to believe that regardless of gender, “Working Together” with integrity is best even if no one is watching.
