My name is Luis Caparro. I am 23 years old; it’s been less than a year since I joined Foundever. I’m proud to say that this is my family. I used to work at McDonald’s as a team; when I realized about Foundever as a big company, I challenged myself to be part of this family. When I applied, I saw the energy, the enthusiasm in this environment – it’s something that you’ll never forget.
The support you have with them since you walk through the door, they will be there to help you.
I was given the amazing opportunity to start on the FLIP program, where they gave me all the tools that someone needs to shine as a Foundever member. I love the role of helping people and solving their needs.
I started with no experience in customer service over the phone, and I believe that this happened to everyone on the first call. I didn’t know what to say but thank God Foundever helped me 110% because I used to be shy, and now I got confidence in myself, knowledge and empathetic skills.
I will never regret being here every day. I enjoy being here and learning new experiences and I want to grow up as a Foundever’s member and to help somebody else and encourage them to be the best every day.
