“A Place Where People Care” – A truthful statement for Foundever.
I joined Foundever back in 2015 as a Level 1 associate. During the course, there were many things that I learned from my mentors, which paved the way for me to become a Quality Analyst in just one year.
I was really happy with the new position and the opportunities to explore in that role. However, Foundever had more for me, and after one year, I was selected to be part of Foundever’s Coach Growth Point program.
As a Coach Apprentice, I got to learn how the business works and how key people manage the operations. I got to learn about people management and how to motivate others to get the best.
Foundever showed me that people here not only tell you where the path is, they actually walk along with you and help you overcome challenges.
I’ve been with Foundever for over four years, and I am now a Business Analyst and Knowledge Engineer. And it was all possible because Foundever gave me that platform to challenge myself and go for more.
I also like the initiatives taken by Foundever as a company, be its CSR activities, CXpert or the MAX Community. I am glad to be a part of the MAX Community. 🙂
