It is my 5th year in Foundever and I am happy working in our Baguio site as it allows me to have work-life balance. I got to start my master’s degree so I can upskill myself. The ability to go home in Pangasinan every rest day so I can have a fun time with my niece and nephew. Having enough sleep as traveling to work is easier.
Working in the e-commerce account that I am in has also allowed me to participate in different community hours like planting seedlings, giving school supplies and gifts to young kids, which are activities that warm my heart.
I am a WOMAN of Foundever.
I learned that we individually have self-impact that creates ripples, so we need to make sure we work with the opportunities in front of us. That we develop our mental strength, that we are real with ourselves and that we give not because we have excess but because we can.
