I joined the Exeter, United Kingdom office in June 2013 and this was my first full-time managerial role topped with being the first in a call centre. During my time in Exeter I have learned a lot, worked on multiple campaigns and worked my way through the ranks with me moving into an Operations Manager role for the Plymouth office early this year.
Foundever has always been an employer that has supported progression across the board however over the last few years the increase in women in senior management roles has increased which is good to see and great to be a part of and I am looking forward to watching us grow.
