Hello, my name is Natalie Ubeda and this is my story:
I started at Foundever in 2015 when I was 19 years old. What really motivated me to be part of this company was the fact that I wanted to support my family and be independent. From the very first moment I stepped inside Foundever, I knew I was going to go far and beyond.
As a Customer Service Representative, I was able to learn how to listen to people’s concerns and put myself in someone else’s shoes. It was very fulfilling to help customers and know that I got the chance to make their day a little bit better.
I had the opportunity to be part of different campaigns and lines of business within the company. I learned to work as a team and I wanted to challenge myself to become a better person and professional.
In October 2018, I decided that I wanted to continue growing and I became a Mentor for upcoming classes. After a month, I had the opportunity to apply for the Coach Track Trainee position. I am very thankful that my managers helped me and provided all the tools that I needed to achieve the goals I had set up for myself. During the process of becoming an official Coach, I faced some adversities, for example: making a name of my own and not feeling overshadowed by teammates with greater experience in the field. I was able to overcome this by building trust with each other and myself. I am very proud to say that my team is one of the top-performing teams in the floor.
I plan to continue growing within Foundever. I am lucky to be part of a company that is interested in making everyone feel valued and capable of achieving all the goals that we want without any limit because of our gender.
The key is to make everything with Love and Passion. ❤️🇳🇮
