Nathalie Frazier

I began my job at Foundever over 20 years ago on the phones as a sales agent only 3 days after my high school graduation. Although shy at first, after some practice I turned out to be very good and quickly moved to become the top sales associate. Eager to be promoted into management, which I did as a lead mentor within my first 6 months of employment.

During my tenure at Foundever, I have held many positions within many different departments before finding my home department – which I excelled in and still enjoy tremendously: workforce management. Those that know me well, know I relate WFM as the heartbeat of a call center. In workforce, I have been lucky enough to work with numerous different clients all over the world, and now supporting a very “people first” oriented client that gives me even more incentive to provide excellence in my role and support; as well as integrity in providing stellar service.

Foundever not only provided me with a job to support myself and my family but also helped me find my career in WFM. Foundever is like my 2nd family in which I have formed lifelong friendships and bonds. I am very thankful for Foundever and the various opportunities it brought to me over the past years, and hopefully for years to come.
