Hello!!! my name is Oliver Mlendez and i always like to tell my story about how my first day at sitel was.
From the first day, i remember being so nervous, because was my first time applying for a successful company with a long history, and when i walked through the door i felt welcomed, supported and very happy for my first job. And one of things i love the most about Foundever , that anyone is welcome, no matter where they are, their skin color or gender, everyone is welcome.
I’ve been working almost 4 years and i have learned many good things, i have met wonderful people and above all….. an extraordinary work environment.
