I started my career with Foundever Porto four years ago in November of 2015. My first role was as an implementation manager of a financial project with around 200 advisors. My main responsibilities were to manage the client relationship and also to implement business solutions and operational processes. After 6 months I joined the continuous improvement team as PIPM of the site. As PIPM I am having the great opportunity to work with all the staff members and the projects to ensure we meet the site goals and our client expectations. My main responsibilities are ensuring the implementation and compliance of the company Global Operational System and encouraging the continuous improvement culture across the site by developing and supporting learning and best practices.

I had the privilege of helping this site grow because when I joined Foundever, the site had just opened and we were a small team. Today, we are more than 700 employees, and I am so proud to be part of this great team! We Work Together and We Make it Happen!

I am looking forward to continuing to support the growth of Foundever Portugal with consistency and lots of successes. So far, it is been a great adventure, with many challenges, many successes and a lot of hard work!
