Dear colleagues,

Looking back, I realize how much this company has shaped me both professionally and personally.

I joined as an agent in Romania, eager to learn and contribute. Over the years, thanks to the trust, mentorship, and teamwork around me, I had the opportunity to grow into new roles, explore new challenges, and eventually take on the responsibility of leading Talent Acquisition across Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

What a journey it has been, full of people who inspired me, teams who believed in me, and leaders who pushed me to become better every day.
