I joined Foundever May of 2019 and that is the best decision I ever made. I was 20 years old then, a high school graduate. The OM who interviewed me asked me where I see myself in the future, and I told him, I want to be an OM like him.

One-third of my life I’ve spent with the company and I wouldn’t’ have it any other way. Foundever is a huge part of my personal and professional development. I became a CTT while pursuing my college education. It was very challenging juggling school and work, but because my teammates and bosses are very supportive of me and they encouraged me, I kept going. I realized I was inspiring other people by being a working student. People look up to me at home, in the office and at school. Sleepless days are all worth it. I found value in what I do.

Foundever helped me support my family and studies. When I felt less, Foundever saw through me and identified me as a talent. Foundever invested in me by giving me proper training and exposure, which contributed to my growth. Never have I felt discriminated because I am an undergraduate. In return, I pledge to use all my experiences and learning to contribute to the success of the company that believed in me.

Right now, I am an Operations Manager. I am part of a happy, healthy, loving team. Together, we make life good for our customers, clients and agents. Never a dull moment with my team.
