Rosemary Arroliga

Hi, I am Rosemary and this is my story:

I started working for Foundever at 18. I wanted the job because I really needed to be “independent,” which until this day, I am. I was so excited to work in something I knew I would like and also learn so much from it. I had a huge opportunity to grow since the first moment I started here. I discovered new skills and became so much stronger at different qualities that make me who I am today. I learned about empathy, trusting each other, teamwork, management, respecting others’ beliefs, but most importantly, to do everything with love and effort.

I was a customer service agent and then wanted to become an apprentice for a Quality Analyst. I became a track trainee at 20 years old. I learned so much from everyone at that time and was responsible for duties I would’ve never imagined. I focused on my goal, which was to get the QA position, with a lot of effort and dedication I got it.

I am so grateful for the lessons I’ve learned throughout the process. I know and I have heard from others who respect what I have done and even ask for advice. As a 21-year-old, working and studying has always been challenging since I started working at Foundever, but I have never looked back and when I do, I am really glad I took the opportunities I was given. As a woman, this is something HUGE because I have met every single goal I’ve set my mind to, without letting anything stop me and I hope I can do more in the future!

In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting the bold and powerful women of Foundever, celebrating that we’re all different, but equal. These are their stories of diversity, balance, success, gender equality and about leading the change you want to see.
