My name is Jessanne Kristel Flores. I joined Foundever Baguio on 9/4/2012 and I’m proud still be working for the same account now. I was pregnant when I was hired. I believed I would have a better career for my child and me with this company, and I was right. As a solo parent, I even got privileges – such as a special schedule, plus the seven solo Parent leaves. A lot of opportunities have also opened up for me. I was a Resolution Specialist for four years and a Learning Specialist OIC for two years. Right now, I am a Backline Resolution Specialist while waiting for the opening for the Learning Specialist Track Trainee. Being a customer service representative has opened a lot of doors for me. I got to improve my communication skills. I learned how to deal with people better. I got to help and teach others while being able to provide for the needs of my family. I also got to travel to many places domestically and abroad, be it for work or leisure, with Foundever. My seven years with Foundever have been one of the greatest achievements I had as a woman, a daughter, a sister, a mother, a colleague and a mentor, and I am looking forward to more years of being empowered.
