As I approach my second work anniversary at Foundever, I summarize my journey so far as being full of self-transformation, new experiences & diverse learning opportunities.

While the path hasn’t always been smooth, I have navigated ups and downs with the unconditional support from the leaders and colleagues. Their guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping me into a better and stronger professional.

I am grateful for the experience and look forward to continuing growth, learning, and opportunities at Foundever.

Reflecting on my journey and experience as an employee, I initially faced uncertainty when I joined Foundever’s Hyderabad location, coming from a distinct and different cultural background. I was worried about adapting to the new environment. However, after nearly two years, I’m excited to share the warm experience of adaptation by the Foundever family.

The love and affection I’ve received from everyone has been overwhelming, showcasing the organization’s exceptional culture of accepting new members. I feel grateful to be a part of this team.
