Hello, I’m Tania Soza. My Foundever story began back in 2019 when I started as a representative. Since it was my very first time applying for a Call center, I was nervous of the future. Nevertheless, I realized soon after I started training that this is the company I wanted to grow in. I strongly believe that the support that was given during production helped me develop skills and my knowledge to become a mentor , which is the job role I am currently performing.
