My story begins back in 2008, when I was hired as a Customer Service Representative. My days in the Real Estate Business were not helping me much at that time. Never did I think this was going to become a journey that is my life now.
As an agent, I learned to listen to people’s problems and did my best to resolve them.
In 2010 I was promoted to the HR department as an HRA. My role changed into helping our associates and the account I was assigned to. I started working on things that required dealing with different institutions and organizations to gain benefits for our associates, also helping promote a volunteer program to create awareness in our community and give back to those who needed a hand through donations, charity and quality time.
Funny to mention that I was a very shy person and these new tasks changed me into who I am now: a confident person with the feeling that I can improve every day just by helping anyone.
Today looking back in time, I want to thank Foundever, the HR department and my mentors for giving me the opportunity to grow and outgrow all my fears. It is true to say that if you do not face your fears, you will never know the things you are capable of and you will lose the chance to know how far you can go in life. You will miss the greatest thing of all, “Your personal gain and growth”.
Today, I am an HR Coordinator & CSR lead for Nicaragua, I have a new challenge working with the discount program we have since 2009 for all Foundever Nicaragua associates (SBP: Super Badge Program) and my goal is to overcome all obstacles and embrace every challenge in order to provide as much benefits possible that can ease our daily needs by living our #FoundeverLife with pride. I always recommend our company to people, and one of the things I mention is, “You do not know how far you can go at Foundever Nicaragua if you really want to grow this is the place you need to be at”.
I will never regret the day I became part of the Foundever Family in 2008. I am proud of aiming high, reaching for the sky since this is the only limit we have!
