Hey, my name is Vanessa. I am 31 years old. I’ve been with Foundever for 5 years and it has been a very exciting and developing time.
I have been the HR Manager for Magdeburg for a month and right now, I am realizing again how important small things are in life. Health, Hope, Happiness, my family and my Foundever family. In the last weeks, I noticed how much was put into motion in a very short time to protect the employees. It’s totally exciting to see what is possible and how many ways we have to support the employees and to guarantee our customers excellent service.
For me, the two most important things right now are to send the employees to work at home so that they and their families are safe and ensure that as many employees as possible keep their job and are not afraid of losing it. For this reason, I am here every day and do everything to support the employees and the management.
