Victor Vicente

I’m 46 years old and during this week I will complete 20 years with Foundever as I started exactly on October 11th, 1999 as an agent in a small team of 3. After this I led the team and had also other roles in process and training. During these years I saw the team and the project growing very much, in a second phase also the company by opening other sites in my country. This was definitively a great experience!

In 2013 I joined the Continuous Improvement team till present day as PIPM in different sites, overall and along the way my experience has been mainly about the people I worked with; trained; supported in various situations. Getting to know the people is halfway to success, the kind of relationships we create makes the workplace environment better and easier for all to reach success.
