When I started as an agent hired as a Customer Service representative, I had no idea what to expect. However, thanks to the strong learning system (Ms. Maelene Tamanu), positive company culture, and excellent support from SMEs (Mr. Jose Sto. Domingo), it became easy for me to learn and adapt to all the processes I needed to understand.

Today, after five years with this company and as part of the great support system of SMEs, my advocacy is to educate everyone: whatever learning process you experience may start with difficulty, but we will achieve strong victories in the end.
