It has been very enjoyable and better than I ever envisaged starting #Plymouth in February 2019.
Coming from a retail/manufacturing management background into front line customer services was a change of career for myself, and with the support of the various different Foundever departments I have worked with over the last year, I found this journey not only to be rewarding but also friendly. I have enjoyed talking and emailing with the different customers solving their problems and giving guidance, and by doing this I even received the highest number of 5 star voice of the customers reviews.
