As a customer service representative here at Foundever, I understand how tough it can be to face new challenges and interactions on a daily basis. My confidence took a hit when I first started working here, and I found myself struggling to interact with my teammates and handle customer inquiries.

Thankfully, I received excellent training and support from our Learning Specialists, Product Support, and Team Manager, who helped me conquer my self-doubt and build my confidence. Through their guidance, I was able to overcome my insecurities and become the best version of myself.

Today, I am proud to say that I am more confident, intelligent, and possess great people skills, which have greatly enhanced my interactions with customers. With the encouragement and guidance of my colleagues, I am able to tackle any challenge thrown my way. With their support, I know that I can continue to grow and thrive in my career.
