I have been working at Foundever for one of the most amazing coffee brands for more than a year.

I joined Foundever for a temporary job, but since the beginning, it has been a very welcoming environment, surrounded by hardworking people and so much achievement.

Since starting, I was afraid because I did not know anything about Customer Service. However, I was able to overcome those fears by learning from my coworker, applying feedback correctly and started to make some changes, which provided me great results.

I have the chance to be a mentor and I was also recognized as an Ambassador of my account. This has been due to my consistent hard work, commitment and the mindset that I possess about growing in Foundever.

It has not been an easy journey, but I keep trying so hard to grow within the company. Foundever is a great place to work; you are not only trained to be an excellent associate but also grow in your personal and professional life.
