Hello, my name is Andrea and I started working for Foundever in 2017.
Before I started at Foundever, I worked for a local fruit and vegetable wholesale company, in their retail shop.
After working there for nine years, I decided it was time for a change and applied for a position at Foundever in Newcastle Upon Tyne. I was very daunted by the career change but thought, “It’s only answering the phone, how hard can it be?”. I have worked in both outbound and inbound departments, as well as some off the phone work, including floor walking and customer account work. I enjoy helping other team members when I can.
