My journey at Foundever started less than a year ago. I started in December 2018 as a Customer Service Agent.
Since day one, this company has given me proof that they care about the people. Why? Because when booking my interview, I was not able to attend the scheduled day due to my father’s surgery; and when I called asking to reschedule, the first thing HR said was: Are you OK? Is your dad OK? After this call, I knew this was the place I wanted to work.
So my journey began. Little did I know, that eight months after joining, I would be given a chance to be a part of the Workforce Management Team in Santos; thanks to the Internal Recruitment team and also to Hugo Silva (WFM Manager) and Valdo Ribeiro (WFM Coordinator) that decided to take a chance on me and saw my skills and dedication to the project.
Foundever is more than a place to work; it is a family. I am very happy to be part of this family that believes in their members and gives them opportunities to be equally successful.
I want to take the chance to thank not only Foundever, but also the Internal Recruitment team that makes dreams come true, HR for caring and having a kind word when needed, Nuno Matos (my former Team Manager) for always believing in me and Hugo and Valdo for the opportunity to do what I do best.
