I started with Foundever after being laid off from a previous factory job. I was going through a divorce and raising 2 toddlers on my own. I didn’t know what to do. Then I came to Foundever. I was so scared. I had never been in a job like this and there were so many people! The people here embraced me. I have had the most amazing trainers and leaders. Within 2 years I was a CTT and within 5, I moved up to operations.
The people within this company have motivated me not only to keep going in my personal life but also in my professional life. If it wasn’t for this company, who knows where I would be. Who knows what life I would be living or my kids? I can’t even put into words how much I value the relationships I have built here. I am forever grateful for the opportunity I have been given and cannot wait for what the future holds for me and this amazing company!
