Clell Logan Blandford Forbes

Here at Foundever I started as an agent where I was able to learn a lot about customer service, how to manage my patience among other great things. From being an agent I transitioned to being a mentor. Being a mentor I was able to help both New Hires and Tenure Agents, which I enjoyed because I helped others develop themselves. I was able to transition to the training department becoming a Learning Specialist Track Trainee (LSTT). This is awesome because I get to use my teaching skills and continue to help others. With the MAX program I could gain exposure which could help me develop my skills even more and continue learning.
