I’ve been in Foundever almost a year and for me this has been a great experience since the very beginning when I joined to the FLIP program where I learned a lot about improving my English and people skills which I’m really grateful I was given such opportunity. I am someone who has been engaged in activities that are involved in my account, I love being part of such activities along with my team mates and make a fun environment at work.
I am someone who always perform above and beyond the expectations in my current role and account in which I’m a mentor where I am able to support new agents and my team mates and for this role it has helped me being an outgoing and friendly person. As well Foundever has given me the chance to work and study, this has helped me a lot to grow and achieve my goals. I would love to become a MAX Insider and share my experience and the upcoming ones to show how Foundever encourage and help you to keep growing not only in an amazing work environment but also teach you how to be part of big family which always support you.
