Hi, my name is Dominic Cayab, but in the office, I’m fondly called ‘Kobe”, inspired by the late Black Mamba Kobe Bryant. Foundever gave me a lot of great opportunities four years ago – March 14, 2015, to be exact.
I am blessed to be part of a campaign where we always celebrate success and make sure that growth and development are in place.
Since I started, I made sure that I always work with excellence. Providing great customer service and fulfilling the needs of our customers. I treat my account as my own business and I want to be successful and make sure that my customers are always happy.
February 13, 2020, was the turning point of my life. My call was nominated by our team for the CXpert elimination round and I was included in the CXpert finals, held in El Nido, Palawan Philippines. It was an experience worth sharing being with our Philippine Leadership and our COO Olivier.
I believe that having a positive mindset is one of the keys to being successful. You can always embrace adversities regardless of what the future will bring.
