Hi, My name is Omar, or you guys can call me Oms for short and I am 23 years old. I was studying to be a game programmer and designer, but as they say, winds change and I joined Foundever in June 29, 2015. I started taking calls in August as part of our OCP team. At first, I had mistakes and failures and I knew I could be better than that. Fast forward to February 13, 2020, and I was nominated for what they call a CXpert, who went above and beyond for interacting with our very own customers, held in El Nido, Palawan Philippines. The experience was phenomenal and I will never forget that milestone in my life. I got to interact with the CEOs and Directors of Foundever for about three days and two nights and I am definitely on a “Path To Greatness.”
From a kid at 18 years old to becoming a CXpert, there were ups and downs along the way. All you need to do is get your head straight and keep moving forward, always live your life with good intentions, laugh as much as you breathe. Nobody can go back in time and try to make a new beginning, but if you start with today, you can make a better ending for yourself, you can live out all your dreams. If you just set your mind to it, you can leave your doubters wondering. Don’t listen when anyone doubts your ability to be successful; the greatest pleasure in life is doing what they say you can not do.
