I have been with Foundever for 6 years. After a year I was a mentor, CTT, and then a coach. I have been a coach in 4 different campaigns. On each campaign I feel I grew to become a better coach. I became a coach because I love helping agents to grow within the company. I had 2 agents that have moved up. One is a CTT and the other a trainer. I love to see people succeed!!
