Lynne Pitchford

I joined Foundever in April 2018 as an Operations Manager. While I have spent most of my adult life working in Contact Centres, this was my first time working in an outsourcing environment so I was very nervous. To top it off, I was also 20 weeks pregnant! Everyone was so welcoming and made my first few weeks at Foundever incredibly easy. I love the buzz of a contact centre environment and Newcastle has that in abundance. Despite being very new, everyone made a real fuss when i left on Maternity leave to have my daughter. That really meant a lot and made me feel part of the team. Since returning from Maternity leave, I have been supported to get my work/life balance right and returning to work has been really positive for me. It is great to have ‘adult’ time again! I am looking forward to whatever the next challenges may be.
