The best piece of advice came from my mentor “Take Care of your people and they’ll take care of the business”. Now as an Operations Manager Track Trainee, I learned to always prioritize social connections with our teams, whether that’s a virtual meeting, increased team recognition, and Something to Smile About Wednesday, or small talk at the start of meetings. Even digitized social connections can remind employees that their manager and team members care and have their back. I am thankful on why I chose the company who values their people. I’ve stayed for that long that I made great friendships along the way. Thus, I value my training from being an agent to a coach and now a manager. Foundever has trained me to become a better manager in order to perform better at my job which I always be grateful for.
