Pamela Thurman

I started with Legacy Sykes/Foundever in 2019. Four months into my journey I became a flex trainer and today I am passionate about bringing forth those Ah ha moments. I have had the opportunity to participate in book clubs, monthly roundtables and recently attended the Live International Women’s Day event. My day consists of training new hires, being a Care Ambassador for a health program and attending The University of Arizona Global Campus where I am 48 credits away from my BA in Human Resource Management. The later of which being made possible by a corporate grant I received upon tenure. If I could say one thing about working for this company, I would say Family! I have a whole host of support and encouraging people who influence me daily along my journey with Foundever. At 57 years old, I feel my career has just begun here and I am excited to see where this road leads. My children are grown and I feel this is my time to really explore and grow within myself. If I can learn something new everyday, then I feel as if I have accomplished what that day expected of me. If I can share that knowledge, then that to me is monumental!
