It’s been a while since I started working at Foundever. I’m a homegrown talent; I’ve been with different LOBs since 2016. It’s been a wonder to everyone why I’m still here in Foundever, and my response has always been, “This is my home.” I’m valued to work with people who trust me from the deepest of their hearts—people who know how I work from the tip of my hair down to the bottom of my toes. I always start my day with a prayer. In a prayer not just for myself but for the people I worked with, I pray that we may grow together in wisdom and grace. It took me a year to be promoted to mentor, escalation support, and so on. up until the very day when I was promoted to an RTA. Yes, it’s been a long journey, and it’s worth waiting for, with the support of my managers and coaches… I was honed to 365 degrees. Every day, the best thing that keeps me inspired is the people around me. I’m also very thankful for the benefits I’m getting from Foundever, especially the health care assistance I needed most. You see, being steady and loyal to a company like Foundever is bewildering, and I’m proud of everything.
