“Being with Foundever gave me the opportunity to meet different kinds of people. With Foundever culture valuing diversity, I learned to respect and see things from different angle. Even before I was a Coach, as a Customer Service Representative, I was trained to adjust to different profile of customers which later on helped me blend well with my agents, peers and managers. As a Coach, I know that I am a pillar of support on my agents success. I am really thankful that I was a given a chance to be employed in this company. In the past 10 years, this has helped provide to my family. I have 3 kids and this job has helped me send them to good schools . I am also thankful for the career growth. Foundever also helped me to participate in giving back to the community with the outreach programs, clean up drive and environmental activities which is a very fulfilling experience.
This July 2022, Foundever celebrated its 18 years in Baguio. I am proud that I have been part of the success and journey and I commit to do the same to my agents. I want them to have the same experience where in some colleagues turned into close friends, and I consider them as my second family – this is my cherry on top.”
