“It has been a delightful experience for me since I set foot in Foundever 2 years ago. It’s not my dream job before since I am looking forward to work as school teacher. The pandemic came like a blessing in disguise and opened an opportunity for me to work in the BPO industry.
I can still remember when my Team Manager announced my first positive survey “We got a YES from Jona!” echoing inside the production floor. That moment made me believe that I can have a successful career here in Foundever. I started as a customer service associate, in less than a year I was promoted to Product Specialist and now I’m preparing for a new role as a Coach Track Trainee.
I can say that I am happy with my job, fulfilling my dream in developing my team. My current position made me realize that learning never stop as I continue to improve and develop my skills.
