Foundever has provided me job security and has supported my career growth since I joined the company in 2008. Just a couple of months ago, I became the lead for Foundever My Associate Experience (MAX) in the Philippines and New Zealand – something that the company deemed an important and strategic position, especially this pandemic.
In this role, I am given the chance to drive and inspire the entire MAX community in the region to share their innovative ideas, experiences and feedback to shape the future of Foundever.
Foundever’s values and culture has encouraged me to take on this new role. #FoundeverLife has been the most rewarding journey.
