I’ve been an English teacher for 20 years now and 10 of those have been spent working as a Language Specialist at Foundever Nicaragua. It has been a privilege to assist others in enhancing their English proficiency skills in the Free Language Improvement Program (FLIP), so they can later apply for a job in the company. The moment they tell me: “I got hired!”; I have to say that there is no greater satisfaction. Making a difference in other people’s lives is my favorite part about working for Foundever.
