My first call center experience was at Foundever. It has been like a roller coaster…Working in customer service can be challenging mentally, physically and emotionally.

I am not going to lie; it was hard sometimes. However, I was able to improve several skills, gain different ones and grow. I have spent one year as an agent and one year as Team Leader. Then I left to pursue another challenge, but something else came up – a new baby is coming!! In less than two months, I was working at Foundever again as floor support. I have to thank Foundever for giving me the opportunity to be useful and active, even though pregnant. Unfortunately, a lot of companies see pregnancy as a disease, but not Foundever!! Thanks for the opportunities, for believing in me and for the empowerment!!
