“During the Pandemic, we were locked down in Tarlac with my family. At that time, I had difficulty finding work to support them. Then there came a time while I was dining at a fast food in Luisita, I saw Foundever and I applied. Luckily I got in and became part of this amazing company.

I started as a customer service associate and took calls for more than a year. I enjoyed taking calls with the thought that this will be long term, until my coach noticed my potential. With my coach’s support, I was given the opportunity to step up. In my second campaign, I became a Subject Matter Expert to support OCP and help our agents become successful. I am currently at my fourth account as a Quality Analyst – Apprentice. I’m still looking forward for more growth.

I will be forever thankful that the Foundever family gave me the chance to build my own career. I work in an environment where I’m well supported. I know that I can achieve more. My commitment is to inspire people to work above and beyond.”
