Eight years ago, I decided to leave a well-known brand to join Foundever. It was probably the riskiest and best career move I’ve made in my life. Everyone asked me: “Are you sure? Is this a secure job?” With that, I made the decision to join a new company and industry in the local market, do a job I’d never done before and build a Foundever family in Serbia. Today, there are close to 1,000 employees on the team, and I’ve had the pleasure of growing my Foundever family with friends from Poland and Bulgaria.
Taking on a “the impossible can be done” attitude, questioning the reasons we do something, challenging myself and others to be better and having fun – this is what keeps me driven and growing in my role at Foundever. The power to overcome challenging moments in life – both in business and personal – comes from the belief that everything is possible if I believe in it.
