I came to Foundever, unaware of what it meant to work at a center for telecommunication. I was quick to realize I was getting paid to talk – something that tends to come very natural to me.
Being new to a very large company can be quite intimidating. Foundever has made me feel at home, and they never hesitate to share the importance that I bring to the team. Since at Foundever, I have moved between three departments under the same client. Any opportunity to learn new things was something I could never say no to! Now I lead a small team of agents in something that I am very passionate about. My story is short, but it’s definitely not finished, one year down, and so many to go!
