Trust. Compassion. Stability. Hope. These are the four values that are most important to an employee when it comes to being guided.
The entire global world of work is currently in a phase where this very leadership is essential. I never thought that I would feel, with such intensity and in my own body, how important these four cornerstones of leadership are.
To make a long story short: Foundever’s crisis management, whether at our location in Magdeburg, in my home country Germany or on a global level, is simply outstanding. Great cinema! The word Corona and its effect on our social life can be felt in almost every area of our lives. But when I drive to work and enter the site, it feels like I’m stepping into a bubble in which life is happening exactly as I know it from the times before the Corona crisis.
Surely, even here, only every second workplace is occupied, as many colleagues are already working from home and we have to keep the safety distance. Of course, it is exhausting to wash your hands every hour. My skin is already irritated and my consumption of hand cream would normally last for a whole year in this form.
The most important thing, however, is that I do not feel any fears, worries, concerns or other negative feelings. My employer simply gives me a feeling of security. Nobody has to fear for their job here. Even the term “short-time work”, which seems almost toxic due to all the media reports, doesn’t play any role in my head. Awesome! On all levels, the people, especially those who lead us, radiate an unbelievable calmness and confidence. For me, this means excellent crisis management. For this, I would just like to say THANK YOU. THANK YOU Foundever, that I can rely on you in such a difficult time.
