Hello everyone, My name is Maxwell Ramirez, and I joined Foundever back on March 2019, when I recently turned out 18 years old, I was selected for the FLIP program and honestly that was one of the best opportunities I ever had, I used to be very negative and lack of confidence, along with my trainer I was able to improve those areas of opportunities as well as I developed many skills that nowadays I still put into practice.
3 months later, once the FLIP was over , my whole wave was selected to be interviewed for our financial campaign, We all got hired, So I began my training back on July 2019, we face many challenges, but we were able to to graduate to production, So I joined the graveyard scheduled afterwords on September 2019. Which I stayed until March 2021.
Facing many challenges during those days, by using all skills acquired on FLIP, I was a very successful agent, being a top performer all the time. I was ready to move on, I was always interested in the GURU position, because of the reliability that I love to demonstrate. Back on February this year, a Mentor opening was launched, feeling ready to leave the overnight schedule and the phone time I decided to apply for it, but days after that some personal difficulties lead me into the decision of removing myself from the application and putting my resignation letter, my operations manager really helped me to find solutions to my problems and stayed in the company.
Just a few weeks after all that happened a GURU opening was announced and I was very encouraged by my OM and overnight’s GURUS to apply for the position. I was really scared at first but I was able to prepare myself for the interview process as well as the exam itself. I was selected to be part of the Virtual GURU team, which is my current position, now that I recently got 2 years of being a Foundever associate.
I truly believe that me being part of the MAX insider team, will bring positivism and encouragement to associates, Leading and Inspiring them to move forward in a professional as well as personal way. Since I joined back to the morning schedule I’ve been looking forward to be part of many Foundever activities, demonstrating willingness to keep growing but willingness to support the company as much as I can.
